一、機器用途 Application
本機主要適用于紡織企業的濾塵系統、纖維分離器、集塵器、及其他濾塵設備,用來輸送含塵空氣。
本機輸送的氣體應是空氣和其他不自燃的、對人體無害的、對剛才無腐蝕性的氣體,氣體內不許有粘性物質。
FC centrifugal ventilator is applied in filter system, fiber separator, dust collector and other filter equipment of textile plants, used to convey air with dust.
This ventilator can only convey air and other non-combustible gases that do no harm to human body and no corrosion to steel. Besides, there should be no adhesive substance in the air.

三、外形結構及安裝尺寸 Overall structure and mounting size
用戶使用時,風機可安裝于地面,小風機也可直接安裝于纖維分離器、集塵器等設備或墻壁旁的支架上。(結構尺寸詳見下頁)
Ventilator can be installed on ground. Small ventilator can be directly mounted on fiber separator, dust collector or bracket beside wall. (Please see structural dimensions on the next page)

四、工藝計算 Technical data
風機性能以風機的流量Q(m3/h)、全壓P(Pa)、主軸轉速n(r/min)、功率N(Kw)和效率η(%)等參數來表示。
本說明書所列的風機性能參數是指在標準近期狀態下測得的參數。標準進氣狀態:大氣壓P=760mmH2O,溫度ta=20°C,相對濕度ψ=50%,空氣密度pa=1.2Kg/m3。
用戶選用本機時,如果實際進氣狀態與標準進氣狀態有較大的差異時,則應按下列公式換算后再選用。
當空氣密度(ρ),轉速(n)改變時:
Q=Q0·n/n0
P=P0·(n/n0)2·p/pa
N=N0·(n/n0)3·p/pa
η=η0
當大氣壓(pb), 氣體溫度(t) 改變時
Q=Q0
P=P0·(Pb/Pa)·(273+20)/(273+t)
N=N0·(Pb/Pa)·(273+20)/(273+t)
上述換算公式中,注腳符號為“0”的參數為本說明書中所列風機性能參數,無注腳符號的參數為風機在實際工作條件下的性能參數。
Ventilator functions are shown by its flow Q(m3/h), full pressure P(Pa), shaft turning speed n(r/min), power N(kw) and efficiency η(%) etc.
Ventilator functional data list in this operation manual are referring to the data tested under standard air inlet. Standard air inlet: air pressure P=760mmH2O, temperature ta=20℃, relative humidity ¿=50%, air density pa=1.2kg/ m3.
If actual air inlet is different from the standard air inlet, then users need to calculate the technical data as per the following formula in order to select suitable machines.
When air density(p), turning speed(n) are changed, then:
Q=Q0·n/n0
P=P0·(n/n0)2·p/pa
N=N0·(n/n0)3·p/pa
η=η0
When air pressure(pb), temperature(t) are changed, then:
Q=Q0
P=P0·(Pb/Pa)·(273+20)/(273+t)

In above formulas, data with the footnote “0” are ventilator functional data list in this operation manual. While those without footnote are the functional data under actual working condition.

五、機器的安裝與調試 Installation and Debug
風機出廠時,已經調整試車,運行前不需拆卸或對電機軸承加油,以免因安裝不當而破壞風葉平衡,引起震動。
風機應安裝在結實平整的基礎上,保證運行可靠穩定。一般混凝土基礎應比風機底座寬出200~250mm。
安裝完畢應進行認真檢查,各連接件、緊固件應無松動,電氣開關線路正確,風機葉輪旋轉靈活,方向正確,不允許有輕微碰撞現象,機殼內不允許有異物存在,外接風道時,不得將風道的重量附加在機殼上,并進行空車試運行。
風機運行后發現流量過大或偏小現象,應及時處理。管網阻力實際值與計算值相差過大,應根據P=K.Q2(K為管網阻力特性系數),如果實際值小于計算值是流量增大;反之流量減小。選擇風機時未考慮風機本身的全壓偏差ΔP的影響。當風機實際全壓值為正偏差時流量增大;反之流量減小。
如果發現風機流量過大或過小,可采用如下方法調整:
利用節流裝置的啟閉調節流量;
改變風機轉速以增減流量;
改變管網阻力值以調節流量。
Ventilator is debugged before sale. So it is unnecessary for users to disassemble the machine or pour any oils on motor bearings to avoid improper assembly, which would destroy vane equilibrium and bring some vibration.
Ventilator should be installed on solid and even foundation. Usually, the concrete foundation should be 200-250mm wider than ventilator bottom to ensure reliable and stable operation.
After installation, check carefully every part of the ventilator to see if there are any loose connections or fasteners; if the electrical circuit is correct; if ventilator vanes can be turned flexibly with correct direction(it is not allowed to have any slight impacts). It is not allowed to have anything inside ventilator. Ventilator should have trial runs firstly without any loads.
During the trial run, it should be adjusted if air flows too heavily or lightly as per the following methods:
Adjust the flow through throttle unit;
Change ventilator turning speed to add/reduce flow;
Change resistance value to adjust flow.
六、機器的維護與保養 Maintenance
定期清除風機機殼內的積塵、污垢等雜志,以免影響風機性能及防止風機過早銹蝕。經常檢查連接件的緊固程度,防止松動脫落。
風機經過一段時期使用發生流量漸漸減小或突然減小,可能是由于管路堵塞引起,應及時清理。
定期給軸承加潤滑脂。定期進行檢修,切忌在風機運行中進行修理。
Periodically clean dust, dirt etc, inside ventilator housing to prevent the ventilator from rusting and to ensure ventilator functions. Always check fasteners and connections to see if there are any looses.
Clean ventilating passage timely in case that air flows more and more slower or smaller after use the ventilator for some time.
Periodically add grease to bearings for lubrication. It is prohibited to have any repairs when ventilator is in its working status.
